Zasady Pobytu
- Po przybyciu do apartamentu goście zobowiązani są zgłosić się do właściciela wraz z dokumentami tożsamości.
- Zameldowanie jest możliwe od godziny 15:00, chyba że uzgodniono inaczej.
- Opłata za cały pobyt pobierana jest z góry w dniu przyjazdu.
- Podczas pobytu goście dbają o porządek w apartamencie we własnym zakresie. Pościel i ręczniki są wliczone w cenę.
- Prosimy o używanie urządzeń znajdujących się w apartamencie zgodnie z przeznaczeniem oraz niepozostawianie ich włączonych w czasie przebywania poza apartamentem (klimatyzacja, czajnik elektryczny, płyta grzewcza itp.).
- W dniu wyjazdu prosimy o opuszczenie apartamentu do godziny 10:00.
- Basen jest czynny w godzinach 09:00-21:00. Dzieci mogą przebywać w basenie wyłącznie pod opieką rodziców lub opiekunów. Przed skorzystaniem z basenu prosimy o zmycie z siebie filtrów przeciwsłonecznych, które zanieczyszczają wodę.
- Prosimy nie wnosić własnych napojów do restauracji.
- Zabronione jest hałasowanie i głośne odtwarzanie muzyki, szczególnie w godzinach ciszy nocnej 22:00-08:00.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartments are clean and tidy. The food is wonderful. A real vacation.

It met the price-value ratio to the maximum. The environment is very beautiful. The hosts are incredibly kind and responsive, I would dare to trust them with my valuables, my child, my dog. Since we entered a program that meant we left earlier than breakfast time and arrived later than dinner time, this did not cause any problems for the staff, they took care of us. Dinner was until 7:00 p.m., we got back at 9:00 p.m., and they opened the restaurant just for our pleasure and waited with hot, fresh food. Doesn't that say it all?

Bardzo fajny wypad do Czarnogóry. Właściciele bardzo pomocni. Pomogą w zorganizowaniu czasu, podpowiedzą co można zobaczyć, gdzie wynająć np. łódź. Apartamenty lepsze niż zdjęcia oddają.

Bosnia and Herzegovina
Breakfast and lunch were excellent. The food is homemade, varied, and the portions are plentiful. The hosts are extremely friendly and make you feel at home. The apartment was large, comfortable and clean with a view of the sea and a wonderful balcony. The location is very good. Utjeja is a quiet, secluded place that is well connected to other, surrounding places. We recommend that you buy local wines and liqueurs that the locals make. The advantage of these apartments is that they also have a pool where you can swim while watching the sunset.

An exceptionally courteous family business that leaves nothing to be desired. The whole family is super friendly and very guest-oriented. The food is regional and cooked with love. In the evening you have the choice between two dishes and can therefore choose according to your own food preferences. The whole area is cleaned every day, literally everything, the loungers at the pool are rubbed down, the handrails and the crossbars of the railings as well as the rubbish bins are rubbed down several times a day.

Świetni gospodarze, bardzo przyzwoite pokoje. Dużo miejsc do parkowania. posiłki domowe, i choć nie każdemu muszą przypaść do gustu, to według mnie było smacznie. Obiekt zlokalizowany trochę na uboczu, ale dla naszej rodziny to akurat był wielki plus ( 50 metrów od obiektu lokalna fajna knajpka, czynna do 24 ) Ogólne wrażenia mega pozytywne - my wrócimy tam na 1000% 🙂

We arrived late in the evening, and the host kindly waited for our late arrival and offered us a late dinner (which was included in the room reservation). The sallas can be found next to the road (road but traffic noise does not disturb) with a wonderful panorama of the sea. The food served was delicious and of adequate quality. The kitchen staff are kind and polite. The hosts are kind, Aleksandra and her family do everything in the guest garden.

The food is homemade, the portions are large, dessert every day, the pool with a beautiful view, the rooms are comfortable, well equipped, clean, with a view of the sea, a beautiful beach at 300 meters, a good location for visiting all famous beaches and places, peace, quiet, beautiful sunsets, the owners are phenomenal people, 100% recommendation!

The best which I personally had so far) - nice pool) kinds will love it) - comfortable rooms with fully equipped kitchen - very tasty breakfast & dinner - clean beaches around (300 meters & 1,1 km) - low price!) & main point it’s family which owns this place! Very nice people which are opened to support in any case) highly recommend this place.

Felt like we were at home. The hosts are amazing people. Location is great and quiet, beach view. Pool is awesome, with cool lights at night. And once again, very caring hosts. You can ask them anything and they will give it their all to help make your stay as best as possible. Rooms service always brings new towels and bed linen. Food is also really good, like home cooking.

The owners are fantastic people, really kind and helpful. Utjeha is a small village but with the best beaches and not a lot of people. The view from our apartment was stunning. The food was fine, the breakfast could have been in the form of a all-you-can-eat buffet. Highly recommend

Very pleasant hosts who want to meet you in any situation. The view from the terrace is beautiful and that is perhaps the biggest plus of this accommodation. The apartment looks and functions okay, although the bathroom is small. The meals were satisfactory.

Very nice and clean accommodation, all windows and balconies facing the sea, nice swimming pool with clean water, the location as a whole is quieter. A pleasant restaurant and a stall selling fruit and vegetables nearby.The half board is tasty, with the option of a vegetarian menu. However, the biggest advantage is the great and helpful owners, ready to help in everything. We will definitely be happy to come back.
